- Data collections (surveys) and excel are both helpful in my opinion. Surveys could be used for any grade level I think, to ask students gain feedback on certain things. For example, the end of the semester surveys that Florida State sends their students at the end of every semester is helpful for the school so they know what areas professors should maybe work on for future reference. Excel sheets can be very useful if you're teaching a math class. My roommate who is an accounting major, uses excel on a frequent basis for accounting classes as it requires you to really know how to use it for the different reasons. I would say excel can start being used in school at around 9th grade.  - A topic I found interesting on a classmates blog was from Jamie Rudden, she did one of her powerpoint assignments on Florida and different cool facts about it. Being from Florida, I love to learn new things about the state and the different cities in it. I'm really big in to Geography

- My experience with twitter have been amazing. Twitter is such a good app and social media application because it's so simple, easy to use and you can learn so much about different topics and events by just scrolling down your feed and that's pretty much it. On my personal twitter, I follow a lot of sports news, politics and entertainment sites. You can read something so important without really having to look for it. It's all just on the feed as you scroll. I also like that you can turn notifications on for certain accounts when they tweet something. For example, if my professor had a twitter account and used it to update students on assignments, etc. Twitter will notify you when they tweet to keep you updated. - The web design assignment didn't really bother me much. I am just so happen to be taking a web development class currently. So I used the program we use for that class to create our websites and coding, to help me with our assignment in EME2040. I won't

- I really like the "flipped classroom" strategy because I feel like students have more control within the classroom. It really promotes student-centered learning and collaboration, and also it makes it easier for parents to access to see what their kids are learning and doing. However, there are a few downfalls to it. - A open educational resource is very useful and beneficial. They are accessible and free openly licensed assets that are used for teaching, learning or researching. Whether it is media or text. This can be very useful for the reason that a teacher can use another resource to teach without having to worry about something like copyright infringement for example.  https://www.govtech.com/education/higher-ed/What-Are-Open-Educational-Resources.html This is a good article about OER. It goes into detail about how it wad found, what it does and why it is beneficial. - The powerpoint assignments are cool because I got to learn new ways to use Powerpoint and do th

- Diigo I think is a very useful and cool site. It could be used conveniently in a regular classroom, but more so in an online class and for group projects. I think being able to highlight things and leave notes and comments for other people to see is very easy. - Using a powerpoint, you can describe and make your own blooms taxonomy diagram to explain and show the class the use for it. For all the levels of blooms taxonomy, you can use powerpoint to show demonstrations, use pictures, use graphs and charts to really get in depth of each level. -  https://edtechmagazine.com/k12/article/2018/09/5-key-areas-technology-professional-development-teachers This website gives key points and ideas of technology professional development. The site lists different topics and points with good description and explanation of the points they are referring to. Not only the page linked, but the entire website itself is designed to inform the same topics. There are different tabs and links you ca

    - This is a screen shot of the main homepage from the High school that I attended. On this page, students and parents can navigate around the page to find out much information on many different things. As you can see, there is a tab for athletics, faculty and staff, which is where you can find contacts for every employee at the school. There is also a programs tab which shows the many different classes and academic programs the school has to offer. There is also a calendar and a resources tab which can you show you the lunch menu for the week and much more. - Using technology will be a huge part of my future career, and really anyone's future career. As a communication major, I am currently learning how to code websites and learning how to web design. I also am decent at excel and plan on getting better at it as I feel like in today's corporate world, are two huge good things to be good at doing. Social media designing is also something I am interested in. In today'

https://voicethread.com/share/12184178/ For this project I used Adobe photoshop. I don't have the full version of photoshop so I couldn't show as much detail as I could, but I explained the best I could. According to my previous professor, he used photoshop to lecture and show slides for advertising as it was easier for him to use, and also he could edit pictures better to show different advertising techniques he would use, then show what actual big companies are targeting.
- I haven't used Diigo enough to really give much an opinion about it. However, from what I know about it so far seems pretty cool and it seems like a very convenient site. Diigo looks like it would be even more of a helpful site if it wasn't being used for an online class especially. - I personally like blogging and think it's a cool and quick way to get ideas and thoughts out. Blogger to be specific is easy to use and if not using for class, is a good way to express yourself and express your thoughts to people if not to know one. I know a lot of people who just blogs kind of as just a diary kind of thing and just express their feelings which is pretty cool. - LinkedIn is a very good web tool in my opinion. As a senior in college, I've used LinkedIn a very good amount within the last year or so setting up my account and making it look as good as possible. LinkedIn is good because it is a very easy way to communicate with possible future employers when you're in
